Antique 19thC Portrait Of Young Lady Miniature Portrait Painting In Gilt Frame. Antique 19thC Portrait Of Young Lady Miniature Portrait Painting In Gilt Frame Recently I found 3 miniature portraits mixed in with some antique cases photographs in an estate so check out my other items. Frame has wood sides and decorative metal front plate that retains original gilding. I did not see any writing anywhere on the frame or painting. Frame measures 3 11/16" x 4 3/8" and is 1/2" in depth. Opening of frame measures 1 13/16" x 2 9/16". Very good condition with some light tape residue to bottom edge of painting from having later added tape to the back to help secure the piece.
