A classic piece of early American kitchen equipment, this Enterprise No. 1 Cherry Stoner was manufactured in Philadelphia, PA by the well-known Enterprise Mfg. Co., a leader in durable cast iron tools around the turn of the 20th century. 2-Tier stand looked mostly as described, but am sad to say that the bottom dish was very loose making the stand list to one side. When checking the bottom I noticed it had started to crack in three places radiating from screw.The seller packed the piece very well, but the box, I fear, was tossed about by the USPS as it took two weeks to arrive. So, a cautionary tale to buyers: please negotiate paying a higher shipping fee to avoid using USPS or make sure seller uses FRAGILE stickers on box.
Relatively quick shipping. Quality packaging. Padded envelope, bubble wrap, paper wrapping for each book. The books were as described for the most part. One of the books was pictured as damaged, but the damage was fixable. Upon delivery the book had been glued in an odd manner which will make repair more challenging. Overall great value for the books.
