Ruffled Vase – Marked WEBB Offered for sale is a beautiful antique signed Webb satin art glass vase featuring an elegant, ruffled rim and exceptional hand-applied raised enamel floral decoration. The body has a soft satin finish with a delicate yellow-to-white shading and an optic pattern that beautifully complements the jeweled enamel flowers and foliage.The base retains the acid-etched “Webb” maker’s mark, possibly piece as Thomas Webb & Sons, one of England’s premier Victorian art glass manufacturers. and was purchased in a lot of 5 Webb Pieces However I can not authenticate. This vase is finely crafted with a polished pontil base and displays the quality workmanship for which Webb glass is known. The intricate raised enamel decoration remains vibrant and well preserved. With Enamel beadwork.
