IT IS HAND PAINTED WITH GORGEOUS WHITE DAISY-LIKE FLOWERS WITH EMBOSSED GOLD CENTERS. AND RED TIPS. LOVELY BLUE BACKGROUND WITH GOLD LEAVES. DOUBLE HANDLED. BOTH HANDLES HAVE A SMALL CHIP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TOP PIECE OF THE HANDLES. (SEE LAST TWO PHOTOS). THESE ARE NOT THAT NOTICEABLE. I ONLY FOUND THEM BY FEEL. TOP AND BOTTOM OF VASE HAVE A RIBBED DESIGN. MARKED ON BOTTOM. REALLY PRETTY OLD VASE MADE IN AUSTRIA.
