Apple MacBook Air 2022 13" (M2) Laptop - Silver - (A2681) (PARTS ONLY). I regretfully didn't tape down the ribbon cable for the screen and there was a rusted screw right in front of the ribbon cable that broke my ifixit screwdriver tip when I tried to remove it. This device had a series of unfortunate accidents as described below and if anyone needs the remaining parts they should be all fully functional and at a great deal. If you need the trackpad, extra screws, speakers, chassis, etc. then this is what this is for. What Happened: I was going to repair the device as I have done many in the past as it had water damage on the keyboard. I regretfully didn't tape down the ribbon cable for the screen and there was a rusted screw right in front of the ribbon cable that broke my ifixit screwdriver tip when I tried to remove it. I tried some lubricant but ended up moving the metal keyboard housing a little too much and it cut through the ribbon cable when spinning around that screw. Screw was eventually removed with no damage to the case or screw hole but it did cut the ribbon cable and replacement wasn't worth it. If you have any other questions you can message me. I'll try to get it out as soon as possible. It is already packaged and sitting in the box, if you want more pictures that is a bit of a pain, but I'll see what I can do. README: WHAT IS MISSING: 1. Screen's ribbon cable was cut and the screen itself has anti-reflective coating delamination. It is included though since why not. 2. The entire motherboard with the M2 chip ssd and memory is trashed because I never removed the data off the ssd and I didn't think there was a way to do it without a bootable device... though maybe I am wrong and in which case sorry. Everything else should be present. The keyboard is a replacement however with mediocre non-original quality. All keyboard screws are present and extra screws are in a bag from the replacement.
