The Apple mouse I rec'd was not the one pictured even though the ad said The pictures you see are the actual pictures of the item and/or packaging. The text wording was confusing so I based my purchase on the pictures. I contacted the seller & over a few msg's, we came to an agreement on a partial rebate so I kept the mouse. I appreciate the sellers flexibility/ understanding since they were now out of stock so I couldn't exchange it. I therefore gave a positive rating.
This item was well described, there was some case damage, which was visible in the photos so I knew what I was getting. I tested it out and it works just like the listing said. It was packed really really well! The seller must have experience shipping delicate pieces of precision equipment around. The shipping price was very good, considering how well they packaged it. They also gave me a great price on this item so I'm really very happy with everything.
