Seller was quickly reactive to the issue and offered to get a solution. In retrospect, I realize FedEx was responsible. The box arrived like it had been kicked around a warehouse and I could hear parts shaking around before it was even opened. My reaction should have been to the shipper not the seller. I retract my negative response to this seller.
