My Scanner does not do curved stereoviews very well. ORIGINAL VINTAGE STEREOVIEWS – Three Original Vintage Stereoviews - 1906 San Francisco California earthquake ruins. Three stereoviews of earthquake rubble. One view has sign in ruins – sign has: “For Information Charles B Russell Kohl Building.” Charles B Russell was a builder in San Francisco located at 222 Kohl Building. The Kohl Building was the first steel frame building in San Francisco. The Kohl Building was one of the few that withstood the 1906 earthquake and fire, becoming a prototype for future steel framed buildings in the area. You can find Russell’s advertisements in newspapers at that time. Other views show destroyed buildings and cityscape. My Scanner does not do curved stereoviews very well.
