Shipping was good came on time , packaged well and protected. As described only left out small details about cord having burn marks on it that should have been mentioned but it still turned on with no issues, heated properly so far . I have not used it yet so I cannot say much more about value of product. Was good purchase so far maybe a bit over priced but still would buy from seller again
