Seller made good on promise to see that my order was finally received. However, the shipping process was full of mistakes. First item was not what I ordered, and went to wrong person and address. I only found out, because a picture of the delivery was sent to MY email. Correct item was finally delivered to my address, but still had wrong customer name on it. Seller did right by me, but has shipping problems to correct.
Unfortunately could not use the item... It came with a damage part... not packaged the best from the factory... product was sticking out of the sides and top of the box while in shipping. Due to time constraints... I needed something faster than getting another one, or a part to fix... so they gave me a full refund . Despite bad things happening, they were fast to reply and refund.
Seller shipped promptly, but then contacted me a few days later to tell me that USPS had lost it in transit. S/he was right, order was canceled and money refunded - Goddess only knows where the thing ended up. Thanx for your honesty and Goddess Bless from Zorba!
