There was issues with shipping. They communicated well. Responding in a timely manner. It's not clear to me what the problem was. Perhaps in these times they don't know either. However, they did not give me any problems issuing refund. I feel bad to have a refund situation with a seller when something odd happened during shipping. Nowadays there's no way to know if it was even an avoidable situation. But they were gracious in all communications.
Item wasnt shipped from Florida as stated in description..Was shipped from Canada..Shipping took longer than expected..Seller refunded and told me to keep the item..Good seller,great communication. AAA++++
