Bob Bickers Signed Original Oil Painting Southwest Painted Desert Arizona Framed. Bickers is a celebrated artist and attorney. He has been showing his art since at least the 1960s. Artist: Signed by Bob Bickers (lower right). Bickers describes his process as "translating emotions into paint. All I can do is paint, and hope others can see what I feel in my images.". From the "East Meets West" exhibit at the Undercroft Gallery in 2007, this piece is titled "Painted Desert Noon" and is a scene from one of Bicker's travels through northern Arizona. It features rolling red hills peppered with low desert scrub in the foreground. The colors are vibrant and true. The big blue sky has but one cloud. The atmosphere created by the artist truly does feel like one is at Painted Desert at noon.
