Hands down the best buying experience I've had online. The entire team was fast and informative from start to finish. Packaging was fantastic, but unfortunately my guitar took cosmetic damage in transit. I spoke with the owner, who was very helpful and pleasant to work with. In the end, the best choice was to keep the guitar, and JT offered me a generous mark down on the price to compensate for the unexpected damage to the guitars finish. Amazing company! I appreciate them going the extra mile.
As a first time eBay buyer, I was super nervous buying anything from this website, essentially a 750 guitar. Took the risk and was not disappointed. The packaging was pretty safe all around and the guitar had no problems at all from shipping. Everything looks and works as it should. Communication was great. Only small issue I have is the guitar has a small dirt spot on top of pickguard as in the photo but it’s expected as it is used. All in all would recommend this company.
Bought a guitar (player II strat) from EGA for the first time. It was exactly as shown in the photos. They seem to specifically sell used or b-stock items and the value is great. They show any blemishes in photos and this particular guitar was in great shape for the money. It shipped fast. Packaging was safe with lots of protection and dunnage. Couldn't be happier.
