Very nice and communicative! There were issues with the shipping and it came later than expected, but I understand that it can be because of the holiday season. They were very apologetic and informed me of the issue right away. The order itself exceeded my expectations, the quality is amazing and looks just as described. I will definitely buy from them again!
Shipping took a bit but it is the end of the year and USPS sucks as is so I don’t blame the seller tbh. It came in packaged perfectly. It’s super cute and kinda fuzzy on the inside. Exactly how it looks in the picture. It will definitely keep me warm. I would definitely buy again from this seller! Fair pricing as well!
