With CD cases, we try to replace any damaged ones, but sometimes we cannot such as SUPER JEWEL CASES, SOME DOUBLE CD CASES and J-Tray SLIM CASES. Normal Jewel Cases we try to fully replace if any damages (but some may get through the cracks :) For Vinyl, it's placed in a waterproof polybag in a Vinyl Mailer box with bubble wrap and extra cardboard protection if needed. For Household items, Sports Cards, Toys, and Misc. the same extra treatment is given.
