CANADA 1970 - 1972 Queen Elizabeth II - 6 Album pages. A collection of most of the commemorative issues of1971 & 1972. Pages 1 & 2 - Five commemoratives from 1970, celebrating various anniversaries & including most of the colourful Christmas issue of Children's Drawings. Page 3 - six of the first single issue commemoratives plus the set of 4 depicting The Maple Leaf in Four Seasons. Page 4 - The remaining commemoratives from 1971 plus 3 of the 4 Christmas stamps & the first eight single issue commemoratives of 1972 including the set of four celebrating Earth Sciences. Page 5 - Six of the nine definitive issue depicting Canadian Prime Ministers & QEII; the first four of the Landscape Images commemorative issue. Page 6 - The final (50c) Landscape Image commemorative plus the City Pictures $1 & $2 set. All mounted in Hawid mounts and all used. All displayed on pages from an illustrated album - see photo. I am selling a stamp collection that I started in my youth and which my father took over during his retirement. We always concentrated on Great Britain plus Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, Ireland and the major Commonwealth countries of Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The great majority of stamps are pages from albums, are within Hawid mounts and are in date and issue order, based upon Stanley Gibbons catalogues.
