The bridge was designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and completed in 1864. It spans the Avon Gorge and the River Avon, connecting Clifton in Bristol to Leigh Woods in North Somerset.
Shipping was delayed. I believe this was due to the January 2026 snow storm. Packaging was in a thick protective envelope. Exactly as pictured and described. Mint condition for being a 43 year old postcard. My counter-offer was accepted and a fair price. Ebay was able to step in and assist with my inquiry of the delay in receiving. 5 STARS to Seller. Item arrived well packaged in a sturdy mailer and condition was as advertised. Very satisfied. It was purchased as a gag birthday card for an older brother. I got a kick out of it, not sure yet what his reaction was.
