Excellent Seller - Great Communication - Kept in the loop on progress by Email & Txt Message - I bought an A3 Framed Wedding Song Print which was expertly made and delivered in time for Xmas exactly as I requested - They sent a Proof for my approval before printing and the picture was well packed and sent 1st class tracked Royal Mail post with the Tracking number supplied for my use.

Item ordered 10/12, not received till 27/12 when I got back home. Item not despatched till 19/12? Gift box not worth cost, no inside packing. Arrived in good condition, item as described, good quality... Poor communication, disappointing service...
