To me, it is typical SF. This pin was well protected in a padded, regid jewelry box (which was inside the mailing envelope. The seller also had good communication with the buyer. An email explaining the situation, expressing her frustration and offering to make it right was sent to me right away. A credit was issued very quickly. She offered to send the pin at her cost if it was ever found. She ended up finding the pin and sent it at her own cost. Wow!!! That is going above and beyond! Thank you very much!!!
