This is an antique divided back postcard featuring a beautifully tinted scenic view titled "Along Fall Brook, Carbondale, PA.", stamped and postmarked 1909. The front of the card depicts a peaceful, tree-lined stream with lush autumn and summer foliage framing two figures standing along the rocky banks. Produced by the well-known Rotograph Company of New York City and printed in Germany, this divided-back era postcard carries the serial number E 4011b. It retains its original green one-cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp. Item #: 538
