Thanks for looking. Offered, is a Train Town Cardstock Building Lot. Heavy card stock building lot in good overall condition. Set is not complete. One house is missing a roof, while two others are missing entry way parts. One covered platform accessory is missing from the box. Balance of the buildings show well with good color and average wear. Tower has two spots of old cellophane tape on the roof as well as some on a corner seam of the tower. Another corner seam has missing litho. Station is complete with no tape present. Roof has a split at the seam. Covered platform has tape at a back corner as well as a damaged tab for the roof. Base needs to be folded under and taped in place. Two of the houses are complete, while a third is missing part of an entry way. The fourth is missing the roof as mentioned above. Buildings are free of mold damage and have no smell. Original box is poor, with only the lid present. Two of the sides are off but the parts are included. Set weighs over 2 pounds packed for shipping. I happily combine shipping.
