I would hands-down do business with this seller again 10 times over. Upon arrival of my alternator, it was mishandled by FedEx shipping. I immediately contacted Schramm auto parts about the issue since some very detailed pictures. The Manager treated me with upmost respect and gave me great customer service in return. He shipped out another used alternator the next day and I did receive it fast without any damage 10 out of 10 I would recommend anyone do business with this company.
Product was as described, packed perfectly for shipping and order was shipped immediately. Only took a few days to get. Communication from seller for pre-sale questions was excellent. Communication after the sale was great with follow up on shipping info and customer support if needed. Definitely will buy from this seller again. Pricing was more than fair.
The shipping was fast but the item wasn't packed well at all. It came bubble wrapped and that was the extent of the packaging. The item now has some slight scuffs that wouldn't be there if it was packaged better. The item was a good value and it was as described I just wish it would have been packaged better.
