It was to be a gift and had to wait for the repair to give it, but can’t blame the company for this delay. All communication with the company had swift response and very polite.   2. This sign was exactly as described. The seller responded to a question very quickly. It was well packaged and did not rattle around in the box. I didn't unwrap it all the way as it's for a Christmas gift and I have to mail it out again. It is a solid unit. I think it is a good size. Not too big or small. It took about 18 days from initial order to arrival, which is not outrageous, but I'm glad I ordered it a good distance away from Christmas.
