Tillie Walden's CLEMENTINE a HUGE (64-page) 2022 Free Comic Book Day issue, set in the WALKING DEAD Universe perfectly preserved, in an E. Gerber MYLAR Bag with an Acid-free Board This item is in at least Near Mint (9.4) Condition! This item has been preserved in a MYLAR bag with an Acid-free board and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home since the day it was purchased. It has NEVER spent a single day in an attic, basement, garage or storage unit ! GRADING NOTES for these items: The 2022 unstamped Free Comic Book Day issue is a BRAND NEW, unread copy, with nice square corners and flat interior pages, printed on fine quality pure white paper. To ensure superior preservation, it was stored in an archival Mylar bag, right after being purchased. This item is in at least Near Mint (9.4) condition , displaying only the very minor production/transportation imperfections at the top and bottom of the FCBD's spine (which are commonly seen in comic covers mechanically wrapped around 64 interior pages). PLEASE examine the photos and make sure that you agree with my assessment. The photos show various views of the FCBD issue. Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images ! They are photos of the exact item I have available for sale. The first photo shows it in its Mylar bag, awaiting shipment to its new owner!
