Up for sale is a rare and original Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) featuring the parking area at Clingman’s Dome in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This stunning black-and-white photograph was copyrighted in 1939 by W.M. Cline , a renowned postcard photographer known for his scenic images of the Southern United States.
I was very happy to see that something being shown as Out for Delivery was actually delivered the same day. I have had terrible experiences with USPS the past month, items postage due, marked undeliverable with the correct address, returned to sellers, even overseas. Something is very wrong with the combo of eBay packaging and USPS requirements. I am hesitant to even continue buying postcards off eBay.
