Unfortunately, my item did not arrive at all. Seller realized stock had run out & immediately issued a full refund and contacted me. She offered a solution & plenty of other options for me to pick from. Sadly, this was product was the one I needed, but I was very appreciative for the good customer service on her behalf. I know mistakes are made sometimes, but as a company owner, I feel good communication and customer services are more important. I highly recommend this seller!

The Vendor was nice,but the case was kind of small and I couldn't find the strap in the packaging. (I'm a guy so I don't need another purse,but it would have been nice if it were there.) No damage delivered okay. 90% out of 100% rating. NOT unhappy.
