I like the slacks I bought and I appreciated that my lower offer was accepted, saving me $4. Unfortunately, it was shipped in a USPS Priority envelope with a "Ground" tag on it printed by the vendor. USPS still had to ship priority and charge priority rate, an additional $5.36. It could not be delivered until I took the "shipping due" tag (left in mailbox) to the Post Office to pick up the package. Inconvenient and a few days longer than expected, but "life happens"!
Great customer service! Took USPS a while because of weather , but aeller contacted PO with tracking number and TA-DAH - lovely like new flannel shirt arrived pretty darn quickly! I gave five stars for shipping time because 1( - patience is a virtue and 2 - you have to be in a coma to realise our dedicated postal workers are not to blame for weather and what’s happening because of iffy leadership… A+++ to a great seller and THANK YOU!!!
I received the striped Sonoma 3/4 sleeve sweater top in record time & it's better than described! The packaging was very protective. I was very happy with the price. I definitely recommend this seller!
