The Ukulele was exactly as described and packed extremely well. It arrived in excellent condition. Shipping was really fast and arrived as scheduled. There was an error and a part included in the listing was not shipped. It was included in the listing in error. After discussion with the seller they made the situation right and I am satisfied with the resolution. Fast shipping, good packaging. The item itself was as described however, I was told there was a box and there was no box, but when I contacted them, they refunded me a portion and made me feel that they absolutely care. I truly believe that it was a mistake that it was listed with a box so this is my second shoe from these guys and I will continue to come back.
