The copper burner arrived in great condition, all parts included & in working order. It was well packed in a strong box, surrounded with bubble wrap. The bread knife I also ordered was included in the box and packed in a cardboard envelope. I was surprised that shipping charges were not combined for the two items as stated in the description, especially since everything was in one box.
