This Seller is top notch! She is a pleasure to deal with! I would buy from her again anytime! She's friendly, kind, and fair. I found her quick to reply and negotiates so it's a win/win situation. The shipping costs were ridiculous, but that has nothing to do with the seller. Shes in the USA and I'm in Canada. I received my items today. Everything was as described, came as pictured and came undamaged. It was a 5 star transaction from start to finish!
I sell my work on Etsy and for what I paid in shipping, this could have been sent Priority mail or part of my shipping could have been refunded. Instead this seller kept at least an additional $5.00 in profit from shipping charges. The package itself arrived very beat up in a manilla envelope that was partially torn. The books inside were not protected but, thankfully, were not damaged.
The price was very fair, and the chart came in decent condition, but was not very well packaged. Came in an envelope with a small piece of styrofoam as "protection". There was a crease in the middle of the chart (likely the result of the styrofoam), but I was happy there wasn't more damage. Not happy with the shipping method, but overall I am very happy with the chart! Thank you!
