Crassula Ovata, often called the jade plant, is a beloved houseplant said to bring good fortune to its owners. This unique succulent resembles a small tree, with glossy, deep green leaves that may have hints of red or blue. While it can grow white to pink blooms, they rarely appear indoors. Despite its origins in South Africa, it is also considered a symbol of luck and prosperity in many Asian cultures. Indoors, it can reach heights of three to six feet, but it can easily be pruned to fit any space.
