I contacted seller on several occasions and they returned my messages right away. They were extremely cooperative and explained that steering wheel was a custom order and it would take some time. They provided information on item every step of the way. The item finally arrived by FedEx and it was beautifully packaged. Item is exactly as shown. Would do business with seller again.
