Love the posters. They are just as expected. They arrived prompty and were well packaged. But I was disappointed with the communication that I attempted with the seller. They did not respond. I ordered almost $200 of posters from this seller and requested a combined shipping or a discount multiple times since free shipping was included with some of the items. No response. I paid full price including a shipping charge for two of the posters even though they were shipped all together.
The Seller was wonderful. The canvas ordered reached nearby Chicago, then all tracking was lost. The deadline of its arrival approached. I reached out to the Seller & was offered a refund or another of the same. I asked to wait. It wasn't the Seller's fault. After 4 more days, it requested a refund & it was granted. A day later, it arrived. I asked the seller to stop the refund/bill me. I was told it could not occur and to only order again. Now, how is that for customer service?
Wow!!! MY order arrived today, VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! VERY FAST delivery!!! I wasn't expecting the delivery until maybe 3 weeks from now!!! Also, the packaging was excellent, my order was fragile and it was in perfect condition and very well labeled. The price was right, shipping price was also right. My items are exactly as described. I am VERY happy with this transaction and HIGHLY recommend this seller!!! Thank you! 🥰 👋
