Dell offers a 21 day return policy on all brand new notebooks, so several of them are returned with no problems but the customer changes their mind and decides not to keep the item. All of Dell's refurbished notebooks are retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications, and carry the same warranty and support as the brand new systems. WARRANTY INFORMATION: This system comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty with Onsite/In-Home Service after Remote Diagnosis from Dell ending on 4/29/2026 . You will be able to transfer the warranty into your name upon receiving your notebook. We will provide you with a link to Dell's online form along with the necessary info. If you would like an extended warranty, you can extend the warranty through Dell for additional cost. **CAUTION when looking at OTHER sellers' items** In my experience of working with Dell Tech Support for the last 19+ years, if you are not listed as (or have the correct name of) the owner on file with Dell, they will treat the system as stolen and will not work with you to fix it even if it is still under warranty.
