NEVER , in my 13 years as an ebay buyer / seller, have I EVER been treated with this much kindness, honesty, courtesy, and resolve. A shipping error, on the shipping company occurred. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item. Before I could respond, the seller had already reached out to me with the issue and took responsibility then quickly, resent me another they had in stock. What really warmed my heart is, they felt they had inconvenienced me so much, that they gave me the first item.
