I'm going to give this feedback a positive rating even though it didn't go smoothly. The shipping took longer than I expected but it did arrive in good condition. The item wasn't exactly as described, it worked perfectly but the controller was pretty much ugly, best way I can describe it. The seller did refund part of the transaction and I consider this making it right. I do want to say that the seller did communicate very well and they did their best I think to make the situation right.
No issue on the purchase. Seller addressed my concerns about additional import fees and tariffs after the sale. The controller was exactly as pictured in the listing, the seller shipped the item with in 24 hours of payment and it was very well packed. The controller was in good used condition as described. It takes about 2 weeks for shipping, but this is not the fault of the seller! This is an honest and trustworthy seller and the remote was an excellent deal.
