The seller contacted me a day after I wrote a negative review & explained why she couldn t contact me sooner. She apologized for the mistake of sending one wrong item in my order (out of 2 items) and generously gave me a full refund. She also offered to send the missing item with a subsequent order I placed with her. I was very wrong to leave negative feedback for this seller - I wish to correct that and turn my negative review into a VERY Positive one - I HIGHLY recommend this seller!!!
Seller is honest and very easy to work with. seller stored the item away and another item stored with it had stained the item i bought and seller messaged me asking if I would like it shipped with partial refund or just receive a full refund and not ship item.i chose full refund and I'm happy with that. I've had other sellers not care and ship the items before creating a huge hassle so I'm glad this seller is honest and didn't do that I recommend this seller great prices also
The magazine is in good condition, well packaged, and was sent promptly. It was described as missing one page. In reality it misses 5 pages, some of them with pattern descriptions which was a bummer 😞 Otherwise, it was a good transaction.
