Daryl Hall & John Oates ORIG US ST LP VG+ '75 RCA APL11144 Blue eyed soul Original US LP released in 1975 on RCA Records. Cat: APL1 4028. Comes in a gatefold sleeve. Comes with printed lyric insert which is in Excellent condition. Switching to RCA, Hall & Oates recorded a self-titled album that fulfilled their early promise as pop-savvy blue-eyed soul craftsmen. A few of the tracks fall flat including the reggae-tinged "Soldering" and the pompous "Ennui on the Mountain" but much of the album is lush and catchy, featuring ballads and midtempo numbers that are nearly as engaging as the duo's breakthrough single, "Sara Smile." Tracks : Camellia/ Sara smile/ Alone too long/ Out of me, out of you/ Nothing at all/ Ennui on the mountain/ It doesn't matter anymore/ Soldering/ Gino (the manager)/ Grounds for separation . There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks and very light scratches that cause some light crackles and is in VG+ condition. Cover has some ring wear, light marks and some small surface tears around edges and is in VG+ condition. Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear. Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
