the laptop came exactly how described. in much better shape than listed in the description to!! the value i paid was out of this world, $67 for an 8th gen cpu with a functional screen and keyboard. seller shipped out quickly and provided plenty of packaging protection for the laptop. overall 10/10 experience. would definitely buy from this seller again. only reason i don't give 5 stars is because the lack of a charger. sorry ik its a common thing with sellers, but it still annoys me.

I try to buy used whenever I can, and I don't mind the character dings and scratches on a b grade model. This was definitely the cheapest way to get a decent pc for gaming as I plan to upgrade the graphics card. The description was detailed enough to know what I was getting, but more pictures would have been nice, even if they were generic. The computer came wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by brown paper in the box. The computer was quick to get to UPS, and arrived in 2 days!
