Brand new, undamaged. I had ordered a similar hat from this seller's competitor and was disappointed in how small the brim was compared to the advertising. This had had a better, wider brim. It was the first item of several I ordered to arrive! Good transaction.
The nail decals were just as pictured. They arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. They are excellent nail decals and this seller had them at the best price I could find.
