The item came brand new, packaged well. My only concern was when I tried to contact the seller about the dimensions of the backpack, I never got a reply back. I am happy with what we received and luckily it was perfect.
Item was exactly as described in the listing. It arrived very quickly, but I do wish it had been in bubble wrap or something else to protect it better during shipping. Overall, highly recommend!!
