I received the eBay notice that this order had been cancelled by me before seller s message came in that the seller had run out of the item and was forced to cancel my order. This is a case of eBay putting their cart ahead of the seller s horse and the seller receiving my knee-jerk reaction. They did nothing wrong, and I apologize for the previous feedback, which was rash and, in the aftermath, untrue. They did their best and nothing can be held against them.
I messaged the seller after the item hadn’t been shipped out in 24 hours. They responded that this item takes 2-3 business days processing time but they shipped it out pretty quickly afterwards. This was my 3rd attempt buying a similar product from eBay after the first one arrived dirty and the second had unexpectedly long shipping and I chose this seller for geographic proximity. This item did arrive on time for me so I’m satisfied.
