Dolly Toy Co Vintage 70s Balloon Vendor Clown Lamp Working Made In USA. MAKING THIS LAMP RARE! Minor paint wear on the clown (as shown in pictures). The strings of the clown holding the balloons dry-rotted so, I removed them. As shown in pictures, the top red balloon is removable but, can be glued back on. Estate find found in original as found, uncleaned, working condition. Lamp was stored in the attic for years! Please refer to photos for reference. NOTE: THE CLOWN ON THIS LAMP IS DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS THAT ARE LISTED ON EBAY. MAKING THIS LAMP RARE! (The other listings similar to this lamp, the clown is standing on one leg, with one leg up in the air) NOTE: When plugged in, the small bulb on the base, stays on when light switch is turned off.
