Dwarf Japanese Maple Bonsai Tree 25"H Outdoor Acer Palmatum Sharps Pygme 26 years old, 15" x 16" x 25" tall. Outdoor deciduous bonsai tree, grown and trained Potted in a 10" Parisian red rectangle ceramic container. Suitable humidity/drip tray is recommended. May be shipped with mature, turning and transitioning foliage in late summer (August), this is a normal, annual process as the tree prepares for dormancy. May be shipped with no foliage during autumn and winter. Tree will emerge from dormancy and re-grow foliage in early Spring. This Maple specie can be found in many areas of Japan, Korea, and China. Green leaves are 2"-5" long. Leaves have 5-7 pointed serrated lobes. Fall color includes yellow, red-purple and bronze. Dense branching and interesting leaf structure make this piece appealing.
