Although the post office said it was delivered to my mailbox and it wasn't there, the blouse finally miraculously appeared a few days later. When it was lost, I let the seller know and she was very kind with a helpful suggestion to contact the post office. It was too early to submit a missing package form, but in the end, it wasn't necessary anyway. Anyhoo, the blouse I received is in even better shape than I expected and it fits me perfectly!
