If for some reason you don't think the book you receive matches the description, reach out to Better World Books and send them some pictures. They will respond in one or two business days and take care of the problem up to and including a complete refund of purchase and shipping. I try not to be too critical on a used book, and most of my purchases from BWB exceed expectations. Once or twice they didn't and BWB took care of it immediately. Be fair with them and they will be fair with you.
