I was extremely to receive this item as it seemed like a good deal. It had free shipping and arrived in a plain plastic bag mailer. When I opened it though, it had a massive stain on it, about 3”x5” plus smaller stains. I was so disappointed. I contacted the seller right away. They replied back immediately, apologized, and offered a full refund. I tried cleaning the item but couldn’t get the stain out. I appreciate the seller working with me and their responsiveness. Disappointed in the hoodie.
