22 June 1943 cancelled FDC at Chicago, IL; the stamp is a Sc# 909c which shows the red color of the flag printed over the black color. A regular Sc# 909 is shown in the second picture for comparison. Chicago FDC carries a premium and of course the reverse printing has a CV of $150. That combination should make this a very desirable FDC.
