The main building and administrative offices were erected in 1918. The avenue facing the building is named in memory of Harry Howard, a renowned Volunteer Fire Chief of the original City of New York.

  1. Shipping was delayed. I believe this was due to the January 2026 snow storm. Packaging was in a thick protective envelope. Exactly as pictured and described. Mint condition for being a 43 year old postcard. My counter-offer was accepted and a fair price. Ebay was able to step in and assist with my inquiry of the delay in receiving. 5 STARS to Seller.
