It is a lovely, understated greek key design with gold and black accents. The gold trim and handles are fully intact with no losses. There are no signs of cracks or crazing. One dinner plate has a chip under the rim. (see photo) As with all antique china, this set is not microwavable and requires hand-washing only. This set will be well-packed and insured in several boxes.
